Low in Calories: These small round berries are very low in calories. 100 g fresh grapes just provide 69 calories but zero cholesterol levels.

Good Source of Vitamins: They are also good source of vitamin-C, vitamin A, vitamin K, carotenes, B-complex vitamins such as pyridoxine, riboflavin and thiamin.

Anti-coagulant: The juice from this tiny fruit can help prevent blood clotting and in the process, help improve blood circulation which would generally improve on overall health.

Anti-inflammation: The anti-inflammatory agents in grapes greatly help reduce the risks of inflammatory problems like gout and asthma.
