Finger licking Tomato Ketchup in 8 Steps

Required Ingredients:

Tomato = 1 kg

Coriander Seed = 1 table spoon
Onion = ½ kg Chopped Red Pepper = 1 g Chopped

Garlic = 100 g Peeled 

Ketchup Masala = 1.5 g
Sugar = 150 g Acetic Acid = 20 ml
Salt = 2 g Sodium Benzoate = 0.3 g

Red Pepper = 1 g Chopped

Coriander Seed = 1 table spoon

 

Easy Steps

  1. Take a bowl add tomato, onion, garlic and Coriander seed then boil it (until it forms a paste).
  2. After that, grind it with the help of grinding machine.
  3. Now pass it through the sieve.
  4. Separate the pulp and add Sugar, Red Pepper and Salt.
  5. Boil it again till it becomes thick.
  6. Then add Ketchup Masala, Acetic Acid and Sodium Benzoate.
  7. Cool it and add the Raspberry colour.
  8. Fill the bottles of your own desire and store it in refrigerator.

      i think so that you did not measure the proper quantity of ingredients like as salt, please try to measure the accurate quantit by using some specific weighing scale. i think so that 2/5 of tea spoon will be equal to 2 gram….ok
